The Urban Climate Arboretum in Almere is located on the Floriade terrain. The trees, which are planted in movable containers, are positioned in a checkerboard pattern on an open square. A weather station is situated in the middle of the square. As this Climate Arboretum is part of the Floriade exhibition, four wooden displays give further insights Urban Climate Arboretum project and its connection to climate adaptation, mitigation and urban heat.
